Our fluoride and ammonia feed systems, lime slakers, bulk chemical storage and feed systems (storage silos), packaged odor control systems, and emergency chlorine scrubbers are fully assembled at our manufacturing factory and designed for ease of installation thereby reducing both time and expense at the client site. Chemical Feed Systems

Fully-assembled chemical delivery systems for water and wastewater treatment applications. Systems are piped and wired at the factory for quick and easy installation at the client site.

Lime Slaker Systems

Our lime slaker systems provide continuous high volume lime slurries (up to 8,000 lbs/hour) for industrial and municipal process pH adjustment, flocculation, and chemical reaction.

Bulk Chemical Storage and Feed Systems (Storage Silos)

Our Bulk Chemical Storage and Feed Systems (Storage Silos) are used to store and feed dry Hydrated Lime, Quicklime, Powdered Activated Carbon (PAC), or Soda Ash in a silo, dissolve it in a tank, and pump the chemical solution to the point of application. Each system’s design is tailored to the project’s needs. Systems typically include a storage silo with accessories and an integral chemical feed equipment room with instrumentation and controls to make a complete and functional system.

Emergency Chlorine Scrubbers

Our wet emergency chlorine scrubber systems are designed to contain and treat accidental releases of chlorine gas. Systems are offered to treat up to 3 tons of chlorine gas.

Odor Control Systems

Our odor control systems treat odors at sewage pump stations and wastewater treatment plants. Systems are delivered fully-assembled for a quick, simple, and low-cost installation.
